We love to recognize those missionaries (Districts, Zones and Companionships) who are realizing the fruits of their labors.   Seeing the JOY of inviting others to COME UNTO CHRIST: it requires extending yourself, realizing those you come in contact who would like to "know more" and reaching the hearts of those who are ready.

DEPARTING MISSIONARIES - NOVEMBER 2015

God be with you till we meet again;

By his counsels guide, uphold you;

With his sheep securely fold you.

God be with you till we meet again.

 

Every six weeks we silently sing this beautiful hymn as we watch the departing missionaries leave this mission to return home to their families.  They walk into the airport as beautiful, new creatures in Christ having experienced such an incredible refining time in their life dedicating the past two year/eighteen months as a missionary.  A loving, excited family awaits them on the other end of their flight and then 

LIFE BEGINS!

We pray for you every day....

...and they LOVE!   
What a blessing to have the strength of their testimony and the selfless service given by these wonderful couples and sisters who are here in the Australia Brisbane Mission serving in many capacities: 

• Some come from the stakes in the mission serving as Full time Live-at-home Missionaries and Senior Missionary Service Couples. 

• Some are serving as Full Time Member Leader Support (MLS) Missionaries
• Some are serving as Full Time Office Missionaries
• Some are Full Time Self Reliance Missionaries
• Some are here as Stake Service Missionaries 

Whatever their calling is, they fulfill it with all their heart, might, mind, and strength.  THANK YOU!

WELCOME NOVEMBER 2015

The new missionaries arrived and came ready and excited to serve in the Australia Brisbane Mission.  THEY ARE GOLDEN!  

We are thrilled when these new groups arrive; they are wide-eyed with the wonders of Australia and thoughts of what their life will be for the next 18 months (for the Sisters) and 24 months (for the Elders).  There is an indescribable love that comes the minute we see them and we know how much they are loved by Heavenly Father.....
