MISSION MIRACLE

MISSIONARY WORK THROUGH THE WARD MISSION LEADER:  This great family is a part member family who were not on the Ward list. We received this family through a referral from our ward mission leader. The kids all had a great desire to be baptized and the oldest son who was already a member sets a great example for the family. The mother did not want the children to be baptized at first but her heart was softened through the spirit and lessons. The father also made his way back and was blessed to baptize his children.

MISSION MIRACLE

MISSIONARY WORK THROUGH MEMBER MISSIONARY:  Hello its the Elders in Helenvale:  Elder Robison and Elder Pitts. Well the story we have here is an amazing family and amazing kids. This family have been taught by the missionaries for a long time now. A member in the ward  referred us to them and he has really cared for this family and still does; he is a counselor to the stake president now but he has been helping this family for a long time now. This family has faced many trials in their lives and hardships to bear but they invited us to teach them and two of there children loved us coming over they are 10 and 11. And we asked could we share the lessons with them they agreed and it came to the point that they wanted to be baptized. They were baptized on Saturday the 22th and it was a very spiritual experience they love coming to church and they are excited to be able to go to Faith in God.

MISSION MIRACLE

MISSIONARY WORK:  This beautiful new convert has been investigating the church for nearly two years. She has known the truth for a lot of that time bug has been struggling the habit of smoking. She finally gave it up as she put more earnest effort into reading her scriptures and praying.

MISSION MIRACLE

THIS WONDEFUL NEW CONVERT was prepared before we found Him.  We GQ'd him 1 year ago, but he was never able to come and see.  One year later, we found him again as we GQed him in the bus stop, on a Friday(conference week), we tried very hard set an appointment for Saturday session of General Conference.   We invited Scott, the Ward returned missionary to pick up him and teach him before the session of General Conference.
He enjoyed the Word of Christ, and He said,  "Will this be continued?  He suffered the hunger and stayed for the priesthood session and he came to the Sunday morning sesson, skipped lunch, stayed for the Sunday afternoon session, and went to Family Home Evening Sunday night.  He bore his own testimony of Heavenly Father  at the FHE.
13 days after he was baptised on the Saturday morning.
The Gospel changed His Life.

MISSION MIRACLE

We found this wonderful young man at the bus stop and when we first met with him he told us that he wanted to get closer to Father (Heavenly Father) His dad had sent him to Australia to study because he had been too wild for his mother to handle in China. He seemed to have learned a lesson and came to us wanting to change his life. In three weeks he devoted himself to the gospel, gave up drinking (his biggest problem), and wants to serve a mission. He even would come with the missionaries to GQ at the bus stop after his lessons. He is truly an example of God send us those whom he has prepared!
