They brought their GOLDEN enthusiasm fresh from the Missionary  Training  Center
They received their trainers and were off for a week of working in their areas.  
We gathered back together the following week and had our GOLDEN TRAINING.

The Australia Brisbane Mission has a new mission presidency and we are so grateful for these wonderful men who have accepted the call and the incredible wives who support them. 

 

FAREWELL SISTER PARSONS -- DECEMBER 2015

The mission has been so blessed with two wonderful Sisters who have been serving in the mission office; we have had to say goodbye to one of them, Sister Parsons, who has served so faithfully with the most beautiful smile and always with so much love.  Her visa has expired and so she will leave before her companion.  

SISTER PARSONS....YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!

INNISFAIL MIRACLE -- JANUARY 2016

These beautiful twins have a wonderful story as they discovered the JOY of the Gospel in their life.  

• It was an amazing week for them as they were baptized on Saturday, January 9th @ the waters of Mormon.  
• They packed their bags and joined 1,400 youth from all around Queensland at FSY (For the Strength of Youth) on Tuesday.
• They shared their testimony with this incredible gathering of youth and inspired all of us on Thursday.  
• Had the opportunity to do baptisms for the dead in the Brisbane Temple on Saturday.
• Departed for home to end their first week as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.    

 Beautiful!

CHRISTMAS ZONE CONFERENCE 2015

We had a wonderful Christmas with the missionaries of the Australia Brisbane Mission 2015.  

It was filled with testimonies, a delicious lunch, New Year's & life-long commitments, training, doctrine, real playing, and a beautiful cultural program highlighting some of the amazing ABM missionaries performing song and dance from their countries. 

WITH OVER 30 COUNTRIES REPRESENTED IN THE MISSION, THERE IS MUCH TO APPRECIATE AND LEARN FROM EACH OTHER.  

A SPECIAL "THANK YOU" TO ALL THE WONDERFUL MEMBERS, FRIENDS, AND MISSIONARY PARENTS WHO HELPED ENSURE THAT ALL THE MISSIONARIES RECEIVED A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS, it meant so much to them.
