FOND FAREWELL TO OUR DEAR ELDER & SISTER MADSEN: February 2016

This mission has been incredibly blessed for the service of Elder & Sister Madsen.  They truly gave in every way and we are so grateful to them for all that they did;  they took care of all of us spiritually, emotionally and physically. 
We send you home with all of our  
love and appreciation...
for your faithful, dedicated offering as you served in the Australia Brisbane Mission. 
*The Madsen's saved President & Sister Henderson in many ways starting back in 1994; President Henderson may not be here to serve with the Madsen's if it weren't for the loving care and wise decisions Dr. Madsen made when President Henderson was brought in to the hospital after collapsing during his run in the  St. George Marathon (as he tried to run it while sick with the flu).   Thank you Dr. Madsen!  Sister Henderson was handling all of the medical issues for the 280 missionaries in the mission with her English/Communications degree and just about collapsed before Elder & Sister Madsen arrived and helped take care of the medical needs of the mission, along with helping the Pacific Area Medical needs.   We owe you our lives!
