We have a few missionaries who have to depart at different times than the regular transfer date due to timing with school. We are sad to have any of them depart, no matter when it is!
YOu do learn to love and care about these missionaries knowing what they do and how long they are gone from families etc. They depend on you two as well for leadership, parenting, and befriending.
